2016 School Specific Programme (Tier I, Part II)

The programme for Odoben Senior High School, designed by INTED and led by 3 INTED Master Fellows, was a follow-up to complete the Tier I teaching practice and instructional leadership modules.  Teachers received training in Teaching Practice modules, and Heads also received training in both Teaching Practice and Instructional Leadership modules. Having completed the Tier I teaching practice module on Critical Thinking Skills on the first day, teachers and leaders on a School Implementation Plan on how to work collaboratively going forward to support the use of improved teaching practices; a presentation of this plan was made to the INTED Training Team. 

 

The two modules covered were:

*  Critical Thinking Skills

*  School Implementation Plan

 

Results: 52 teachers and heads from Odoben SHS were trained.  All participants who completed the training will receive certificates.
