This training for the teachers of Anum Apapam Senior High School, was also made possible through the Secondary Education Improvement Project’s sponsorship led by INTED’s Master Fellows. The teachers received training on Teaching Practice modules, and Assistant Head Academic and Department Heads also received training on both Teaching Practice and Instructional Leadership modules. Each training day was dedicated to one module, where leaders received new strategies to support teaching colleagues, while teachers held strategy practice sessions in Design Studios.
The two modules covered were:
* Lesson Design and Factors Affecting Student Learning
* Active Student Engagement
Results: A sample of the pictures taken during this training is filed with the report and online. All 24 participants who completed the training received certificates.
