The programme for Bepong Senior High School just like other School Specific Programmes was led by INTED Master Fellows Emma Acolatse and Raphael Aidoo-Taylor upon recommendation by fellow Master Fellow Philomina Boateng and invitation from the Head of School Madam Dianah Mintah. Teachers received training on Teaching Practice modules, and Heads also received training on both Teaching Practice and Instructional Leadership modules as sponsored by the Secondary Education Improvement Project (SEIP). Each training day was dedicated to one module, where leaders received new strategies to support teaching colleagues, while teachers held strategy practice sessions in Design Studios.
The two modules covered were:
* Lesson Design and Factors Affecting Student Learning
* Active Student Engagement
Results: A sample of the pictures taken during this training is filed with the report and online. All 61 participants who completed the training received certificates.
