Fiifi is a 2016 Master Fellow and 2013 Fellow of INTED. He is currently the Assistant Headmaster at Jukwa Senior High School. He taught Science (Biology) at Mfantsipim School for 17 years, where he rose through the ranks to become a Senior Housemaster for 6 years.
He is a Regional Quizmaster with the National Science and Mathematics Quiz Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Master of Philosophy in Nuclear and Environmental Protection from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.
He is a Chapter President of the Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International, Cape Coast Chapter and a National Vice President of The Boys' Brigade Ghana.
