2019 School Specific Programme (Tier I, Part I)

Right from the Bepong SHS, INTED Master Fellows Emma Acolatse and Annie Pomeyie moved to train the teachers of J.E.A. Mills Senior High School at an out of school location in Mankessim. The teachers received training on Teaching Practice modules, and Heads also received training on both Teaching Practice and Instructional Leadership modules.  Each training day was dedicated to one module, where leaders received new strategies to support teaching colleagues, while teachers held strategy practice sessions in Design Studios.

 

The two modules covered were:

Lesson Design and Factors Affecting Student Learning

Active Student Engagement

 

Results:  A sample of the pictures taken during this training is filed with the report and online.  All 43 participants who completed the training received certificates.
