Louisa has worked with INTED since January 2016. Previously, she worked at the College of Education Studies, University of Cape Coast for 5 years as a Senior Administrative Assistant to the Dean.
Louisa holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Cape Coast, a certificate from African Leadership Fellows Programme from the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership, and a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration Programme at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
