The programme for Nyakrom Senior High Technical School, was designed by INTED and the training led by 5 INTED Master Fellows, all of whom participated in the 2016 INTED-SDF programmes. Teachers received training in Teaching Practice modules, and Heads also received training in both Teaching Practice and Instructional Leadership modules. Each training day was dedicated to one module, where leaders received new strategies to support teaching colleagues, while teachers held strategy practice sessions in Design Studios.
The two modules covered were:
* Lesson Design and Factors Affecting Student Learning
* Active Student Engagement
Results: 70 teachers from Nyakrom SHTS were trained. A sample of the pictures taken during this training will be shared with the report. All participants who completed the training will receive certificates.
