School Specific Programme (Tier I)

The programme for Senior High Odoben School, was designed by INTED and the training led by 3 INTED Master Fellows, all of whom participated in the 2016 INTED-SDF programmes.  Teachers received training in Teaching Practice modules, and Heads also received training in both Teaching Practice and Instructional Leadership modules.  Each training day was dedicated to one module, where leaders received new strategies to support teaching colleagues, while teachers held strategy practice sessions in Design Studios.

 

The three modules covered were:

*  Lesson Design

*  Active Student Engagement

*  Using Prior Knowledge

 

Results: 45 teachers from Odoben SHS were trained.  A sample of the pictures taken during this training will be shared with the report.  All participants received certificates.
