2019 School Specific Training Programme (Tier I)

The Presec, Tema School Specific Programme was led by INTED Master Fellows. Teachers received training on Teaching Practice modules, and Heads also received training on both Teaching Practice and Instructional Leadership modules.  Each training day was dedicated to one module, where leaders received new strategies to support teaching colleagues, while teachers held strategy practice sessions in Design Studios.

 

The two modules covered were:

*   Lesson Design and Factors Affecting Student Learning

*  Active Student Engagement

 

Results:  A sample of the pictures taken during this training is filed with the report and online.  All 33 participants who completed the training received certificates.
